I was a systems analyst. In a nutshell, I worked in a team to analyzed user requirements and translated those requirements into a computer systems design. Then program the design into the computer programs. As part of the whole systems development cycle, I had to document, test, QA, implement the system into production. After implementation I had to support, maintain and enhanced the programs as user needs change.
Furthermore, I managed multiple projects in a dynamic fast paced IT environment. Maintained and support production systems to keep them running smoothly. Attend to ad-hoc user requests. Managed and trained junior programmers and kept management abreast of project status. Met with users to define business needs and translate those needs into system designs....
