How would you describe what you did at Visiting Nurses Association?

?? Market services and programs consisting of home health care, hospice, palliative care, older adult care, home medical equipment, pediatrics, psychiatric, and social services to Health System physicians, competitor physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities
?? Maintain health care relationships and increase patient referral base within Visiting Nurses Association
?? Attend Health and Wellness Fairs and market programs and services to company employees as well as the general public
?? Coordinate companies to participate in local protective flu shot campaign during the fall season
?? Provide in-service programs to physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities to illustrate company services in providing health care to their patients and residents
?? Plan, coordinate, and implement organization's fundraising events
