What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Vitamin World?Getting associates and managers with longevity to make changes. Every change has a positive side. Find the positive, and inform as to why the change is being made to get buy in. We all want to be heard. Listening is another key factor in order for the changes to be positive.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Vitamin World?Keeping the staff motivated and energized. Allowing associates to have input makes them feel part of the bigger picture and helps with their commitment to want to do a good job. Keeping things light while knowing the house rules creates a fun work environment.

How would you describe what you did at Vitamin World?I trained and motivated people to sell. As a District Manager for them, I challenged all of my store managers to take it to the next level.
