Successfully placed 22 professional and technical candidates in direct positions with customers such as Hewlett Packard, Siemens and Comcast. Drove both ends of the process. Networked and cold called to find openings. Networked, interviewed, checked references and presented candidates. Negotiated fees and salary offers. Worked on security project to remove SQL statements embedded in HTML forms. Technologies used: HTML, SQL (IBM DB2), Surround SCM, flexML (client's proprietary language).
