Trying to keep it because I am too expensive!

I was a good and loyal worker winning many awards etc.

Don't work here if you expect to be rewarded for good work, loyalty or experience. This employer discriminates against older workers on a regular basis. They would like to treat us badly enough so that we will quit and they can hire someone cheaper to replace us. After almost 30 years at one school, I was moved beause the principal brought in a cute young thing and when a position was cut, he cut me and kept her. BUT they will get what they deserve.....Karma, but you are crazy if you work here....
