the customers, the friendships and just being one of the top CSM

dealing with a pregnant employee and her medical needs, she would pass out a lot and i was very concerned that she was aways on her feet. so i needed to find a job she could do so she could keep her job , because the other managers wanted her to quit until she had the baby, but she couldn't afford it she needed to work, so i found her a job answering phones were she can sit down....

I had just moved here to Ga wasn't really looking for a job, put in application and was hired in the jewlery department stayed there for about 6 months and moved to another store and moved up to customer service manager.

That no matter how wrong the Management staff may be Associates don't have the right to speak out about it no matter how wrong it is
