the secret to getting hired at walmart is also enjoying meeting new people as well as wanting to move up in the company.you have to be detail-oriented and hardworking

It's was no secret just call in or walk in

customers,customers,customers

customers on the weekends when there isnt something there that they want.

sometimes making sure ALL customers are happy.

helping customers, unloading trucks,stocking shelves,

none really just have to keep calling till you get an interveiw.

You have to be a people person, in order to be hired at Wal-Mart stores you need to be at work on time and not constantly calling in. You have to give your all and be willing to occasionally work different departments.

thinking like the store would do things not how you would do things

When I first started at Walmart, I was hired as a front end cashier. From there I developed my skills and floated within the front end section; customer service area. From there and after a couple of years, I was offered a position as a Customer service manager. This I did for a period of one year.
