What's the secret to getting hired at WALMART STORES?You have to be a people person, in order to be hired at Wal-Mart stores you need to be at work on time and not constantly calling in. You have to give your all and be willing to occasionally work different departments.

How would you describe what you did at WALMART STORES?When I first started at Walmart, I was hired as a front end cashier. From there I developed my skills and floated within the front end section; customer service area. From there and after a couple of years, I was offered a position as a Customer service manager. This I did for a period of one year.
