I have done everything from Assembly line work to Logistics ANd from Sweeping the floor to becomeing a Supervisor.

If i were to say anythign about my time at Westaff it would have to be educational...

Make offers and conduct new hire orientations to include describing employment benefits and guidelines. Train the temporaries to upgrade their skills for assignments. Responsible for delivering high quality service to customers and temporaries by matching skills of temporaries to customers' needs. Develop new business and retain existing business. Responsible for quoting customer bill rates and achieving gross profit results consistent with established expectations. Resolve customer/client/applicant issues and/or complaints. Conduct all reference checks and initiate background checks of applicants in accordance with company policies. Process all payroll, check all time cards for accuracy. Follow established company policies to ensure non-discriminatory and legally compliant practices....

My daily commute is not hard, aside from the traffic I take it as it comes and enjoy the ride.
