What's the secret to getting hired at Wachovia Bank?Excellent job/communication skills. Must be sales oriented yet keep risk in mind in order to make the very best decisions. Must be a forward thinker and very hands on with leadership and the staffs assigned to you. Must be very customer service oriented.
