Experiences at Waffle House

i waited tables to many different kinds of people, prepared drinks, served the food, made check ups on the tables, and checked them out at the register.

There reason is no secret to getting hired at Waffle House. I just believe that at this job like any other you have to be willing to listen. Like most job Waffle House trains their employees to cook and react to the customers in a way that pleases them.

Walk in and ask to speak with the manager. Generally between the time of 1pm and 3pm.

I think if you an work well under stress, and not bring personal problems to work then this would be the perfect job. Also having communication skills is key because not being able to explain yourself or be affective to the customer can be a problem with this job. Also working well with others is key, because you will need the fellow employees at times to get the initial job done which is customer satisfaction....

I really needed a job so i walked down a long stretch of street on foot asking if anyone was hiring and finally i came across a sign on the door of Waffle house stating that they were hiring. So, I went in and filled out an application. i called them a few times after and finally they asked me to come in for an interview and I was hired on the same day as my interview....

Well first of all in order to start I had to do a phone test that asked questions about what would you do if....... Then once I got hired the secret was to just do the best I could do to please all the customers, take there order, and be very polite when serving them. I just worked the hardest to my ability that I could....

I busted my butt at the waffle house. I waited on tables, worked the register, washed dishes, and also cleaned the place.
