By definition, it's a cubicle, but I love it: GREAT view of downtown Bellevue, Lake Washington and the top of Seattle's skyline; decorated with photos, posters, and trinkets that make my space MINE; at a crossing of four paths so I can say "hi" to anyone who walks by...

Whatever shows off their personal style, though some things (i.e. flip flops) aren't always welcome...

A pillow from my boss that says "It's all about me"; a flag that says "Cash Only" that I stick on top of my cube to warn people when I'm on the phone; big bay window that looks out to the water; a radio that lightly plays in the background

1: The people 2: The humbleness of our senior staff - some of the most amazingly brightest people I have ever met and the most enjoyable people to work with. And 3 - every voice is counted. No matter what level you are on, if your name is on the company roster, you are valued and they make darn sure that you know it :-)...

20 minute bus ride - I get squashed with a bunch of people, but I drown them out while reading my book or listening to my iPod.

Large coffee in the morning and that's about it. Now if we're talking CAFFEINE...that's an entirely different story
