How would you describe what you did at Wal-Mart Stores?

It really is all about the Customer be them internal or external. No matter what position I held within Wal-Mart it was always about the customer, and that's what I enjoy doing helping people. People interaction, helping to solve opportunities, to train people, educate them.

What's the secret to getting hired at Wal-Mart Stores?

I actually was hired on through a temporary service, because the Freight Payment area needed help. The Supervisor in charge was very impressed with my work, so she hired me on as a full time Wal-Mart Associate.

How would you describe what you did at Wal-Mart Stores?

Found merchandise and answered questions for customers.
Made sure that the furniture department was kept clean and all freight is accounted for.
Ordered and stocked merchandise on the sales floor as accurate as possible.
Explained to sales associates how to perform their job efficiently.
