People Division, Corporate Recruiting 2004-2005
* Currently support all recruiting functions for SAM'S CLUB salaried openings.
* Previously supervised 9 salaried recruiters and 6 hourly assistants that support various areas of the Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
including: Finance/Accounting, Global Security, Travel/Aviation, Claims/Benefits and Information Systems.
* Designed and control departmental budget of $900,000.
* Supported 150-200 exempt and non-exempt openings, ranging from entry level to director level.
* Team fills for FYE 2005 totaled more than 500 exempt and 900 non-exempt openings.
