College Recruiter--Store Operations 2000-2001
* Managed 16 universities, with responsibility for establishing relationships on campus with college faculty, administration, campus managers, and program alumni.
* Manage career fairs, faculty meetings, in-class presentations, pre-interview presentations and interviews while managing the coordinators through the offer process.

International Division 1998-2000
Store Planning Set-up Supervisor
* Responsible for all dry grocery/fresh area training and scheduling with up to 700 associates during new store set-up for Wal-Mart Supercenters.
* Managed Supercenter Grand Openings in China (3) and Korea (1), and various remodel projects in Canada, Puerto Rico, Argentina and Mexico.
