Experiences at Walt Disney World

The people that i worked with, and being able to spend the day at disney, as well as actually having a job.

My sister has worked at disney since she was 16, and they had a summer job opportunity going where the family of a cast memeber could work there for the summer at 15 years old.

SMILE!! it works like a charm. Also do your best with everything that you do.

Honestly, for me it was learning how to plate the food, and learning how the front counter was set up, so i didn't give a person the wrong order.

I got a chance to have a great job, working with some really great people. I had fun at my job everyday, and there was never a dull moment. I really enjoyed the smiles of the children when they saw the characters for the first time. I even liked the managers! but the kids were the best part, knowing that you made a kids day is a great feeling, even if all you did was give them a cookie because they looked sad....

Well disney is very good at keeping secrets, but i would have to say you need to have a happy-go-lucky type of personality. You need to be friendly and approachable. and you always have to wear your best smile.
