My position was very challenging. You had to be very detail-oriented & accurate. I processed hourly & salary payroll for 400 employees, along with maintaining the employee files, direct deposits, wage garnishments, vacation, sick, & personal time off. You should also be very outgoing, sales oriented, and have the ability to be able to solve both customer issues and employee issues.
