Executive Assistant

Primary support to VP, Servicing Strategic Operations within Home Loans.

-Manage and update daily calendar. Track meeting notices and ensure any scheduling conflicts are resolved.
-Check executive email regularly throughout each day. Respond as appropriate.
-Responsible for completion of weekly status report. Gather each direct report's information and compile into one document. Format, revise/add/delete verbiage and submit to management for approval.
-Create and maintain several tracking sheets for department (i.e., Deliverables Log).
-Regularly upload documents to department's SharePoint site for use by department employees.
-Plan all onsite and offsite meetings. Research and organize activities held after offsite meetings (i.e., city tours, dinners, etc.).
-Arrange travel and submit expense reports.

Recruiter

Full lifecycle recruiting responsibility for 600-person call center in Jacksonville, FL. Track and screen resumes and applications of internal and external candidates and determine qualified candidates based on criteria developed with the hiring manager. This includes interviewing prospective employees for a wide range of positions, referring applicants to specific job openings, administering background checks, and negotiating offers to potential team members.

-Consistently filled 100+ customer service positions per month with time-to-fill of 20 days or less.
-Sourced, recruited and hired top internal and external candidates for both non-exempt and exempt positions.
-Developed strong working relationships with hiring managers by facilitating launch meetings, maintaining regular contact throughout entire process, and delivering on expectations.
-Supported team members by aiding in recruitment in up to four additional call center sites.

Answered incoming calls, provided valid and accurate information for personal deposit accounts. Offered other types of accounts to fit customers needs, had to meet daily/monthly goals set by employer

Again, another faced paced environment. I handled over 150 inbound calls per day, became a Team Project Manager in a matter of a few months, and published a Service to Sales book that was distributed to the entire Jacksonville Customer Service Unit.
