How would you describe what you did at Washington University in St. Louis?

* Supervise technical and administrative full time staff along with additional student staff.
* Reporting to Assistant Vice Chancellor of Network Technology and the Director of Systems and Operations.
* Responsible for enterprise network infrastructure, the Network Operations Center (NOC),
cable TV, Residential Technology Services network infrastructure and support, and management of the network engineering staff.
* Planning and developing specifications, overseeing the installation/repair of network infrastructure in new or renovated facilities.
* Managing/maintaining the University's data, video, and security plant (fiber optic, coaxial, microwave, and wireless, and wireless bridging) which connects the four campuses and multiple university-owned residential and research/administrative facilities.
* Deputy Director for the Systems & Operations staff when the Director is unavailable.
* Responsible for establishing and maintain cooperative working relationships with University Network & Systems Administrators, office personnel, faculty and research staff, students, and public contractors used for University projects and equipment installations.
* Bicsi member studying to achieve RCDD certification.

My study at Washington University was a 2-year Graphic Communications curriculum, with emphasis in typography, print design, corporate ID, outdoor/environmental design and print production.

I was a triple-major in the business school. I took courses not only in my majors but also in various discipline such as statistics, economic, accounting, and finance. I also took many history classes since that's always been my passion. Wash U really helped me to grow professionally and personally.
