How would you describe what you did at Wells Fargo?Employee retention was a problem. I developed the ability to offer J1 visa hiring for busy times within the year. Winter and summer times require additional staffing. H2B Visa hiring approved under my time at company. Operations and Learning and development were not prevelant in the branch. ...
