Challenging the existing mindset of it's accounting and finance leadership who had been with the organization many years. During my initial walkthrough of their SAP module and various reporting tools, I found two opportunities totaling in excess of $100M in savings. The problem was showing the opportunities were valid and related to a particular SEC activity the company had in process....

I have worked with nearly every A and B tiered ERP product on the market and am familiar with data architecture and interdependent realtionships. I have used many of the third party applications such as Business Objects and the Hyperion family of products. Combined with my technical training in Tax, GAAP pronouncement, International Accounting and Finance, Audit, etc gives me a broad base of tools and experiences to draw from. Lastly, I have a deep passion for finding and exploiting client opportunties. I have had the most fun fixing broken processes and driving efficiencies in an organization....

Employee retention was a problem. I developed the ability to offer J1 visa hiring for busy times within the year. Winter and summer times require additional staffing. H2B Visa hiring approved under my time at company. Operations and Learning and development were not prevelant in the branch. Offered training sessions for operations, compliance, sales and service twice a week. Research client problems, teller when short handed, prospecting business, prospecting new business with small and large business visits....

Have knowledge and experience in a competative business market. Offer diversity training, sales and service training, compliance and operations training, multi-tasking, creating a safe business environment.

They look for people with strong sales skills and strong and assertive personalities. They also want people who have strong customer service skills.

Being confident and competent when it comes to customer relations. This is a very customer driven industry, and having the ability to balance the needs of the customer with the goals of the company is a necessary skill.

Presentation, providing team work and dedication

??? Act as a team lead for approximate 15 individuals of production and compliance team members in the Reverse Mortgage closing dept.
??? Responsible for giving work direction to team members and day to day operational responsibility for a specific function.
??? Handles 20-25 escalated calls monthly, loan scenarios and/or customer concerns.
??? Provide 6 daily reports to upper management using Excel and other industry specific programs...
