I learned that a team enviroment is very important. Without the support of co-workers and management, the job would not get done to bank standards.

A good team environment, everybody worked well together. The benefits were nice. Flexable with scheduling.

A situation arose during my employment as an Operations Processor. A batch of about 3500 letters was to print and our folder/stuffer machine had gone down. We then enlisted the help of another department to fold and stuff letters while we made attempts at getting the folder/stuffer machine back up and running. In the meantime, the repair service was called and everyone in our department and our helpers got the letters out. The machine was repaired the next day.

In another situation, I was the Statement Operator and a similiar situation occured. The machine had broken down and there were 120,000 statements to get out. The repair man was called, but did not arrive until early evening. Since the statements were already late, I volunteered to stay overnight until they were all processed. I went home the next morning....

Being able to forecast the day's workload and complete in a timely manner. Completing tasks at hand when a situation arises, as well as completing your work while covering the desk of a co-worker who is absent.

Being a team player in all aspects of the job. Assisting other departments when requested by management. Completion of assigned tasks in a timely manner.

I have alot of experience with Microsoft Word and Word Perfect.
I am self motivated with ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
I possess strong multi tasking skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
I possess a strong willingness to learn.
I am always ready to assist in other areas when requested by management....

being able to use customer service and sell products and services that will benefit the customer. customer service builds relationship and with relationship builds trust where customer service comes from. Once customer service is provided, customers are more apt to hear what products and services are available for them....

Having good customer service experience and cash handling experience.
