Assistant Manager:
Promotion based on exceptional sales results.
Learning and implementing procedures related to proficient operations of the branch, including:
Leadership: Motivated sales staff to achieve their goals and quotas. Developed strong verbal relationship skills.
Training/development: Trained new sales persons on sales practices and processes.
Branch operations: Responsibility in the proper functioning of the branch. Including additional administrative functions as well as handling relationships with sales-finance dealers.

Credit Manager:
Involved in comprehensive training program: learning sales techniques, underwriting, loan analysis, and management skills.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Wells Fargo Financial?

Since we werent selling services that are needed everyday, I had to do alot of convincing. If a customer wasnt interested in a loan or a refinance, I had to make them see why they needed this product and create a sense of urgency so that they wanted it right then and there. Since there was so much upselling, I had to be sure to maintain long term relationships with my customers. As a Credit Manager, I worked on customer loans, refinancing of homes and maintained many customer accounts. I was also bank cards captain for my branch, where I had to attend weekly conference calls and present information to my coworkers on new company policies and products.
