Since we werent selling services that are needed everyday, I had to do alot of convincing. If a customer wasnt interested in a loan or a refinance, I had to make them see why they needed this product and create a sense of urgency so that they wanted it right then and there. Since there was so much upselling, I had to be sure to maintain long term relationships with my customers. This can only be done by making the best impression the first time and keeping them satisfied....

As a Credit Manager, I worked on customer loans, refinancing of homes and maintained many customer accounts. I was also bank cards captain for my branch, where I had to attend weekly conference calls and present information to my coworkers on new company policies and products.
