How would you describe what you did at West At Home?I answered inbound calls from my home office for people placing orders, sending out information, scheduling service appointments or assisting caller with applying for insurance coverage. How would you describe what you did at West At Home?I took inbound customer service calls as an independent contractor for a home shopping channel, Medicare Part D insurance carrier, American Red Cross, appliance retailer and cellular phone company.
