* Conduct research and analysis of critical issues to reduce potential Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud, Terrorist Financing,and other associated risks related to Western Union by incorporating knowledge and understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act and US PATRIOT Act.
* Prepare domestic, and
international regulatory and analytical reports and statistical summaries on suspicious subjects and agents.
* Perform user acceptance testing on new software client upgrades, and utilize technical writing skills to document.
* Execute as liaison between management and employees for planning team-building events, philontropic fundraisers, and coordinating group learning initiatives.
