Managed collection efforts for credit card chargebacks, fraud prevention, collection agency liasion, managed staff in union environment

Business Analyst providing operational and financial decision support to the division's consumer-to-business product, the Equity Accelerator service.

* Prepare domestic, and international regulatory and analytical reports and statistical summaries on suspicious subjects and agents.
* Perform user acceptance testing on new software client upgrades, and utilize technical writing skills to document.
* Execute as liaison between management and employees for planning team-building events, philontropic fundraisers, and coordinating group learning initiatives.
* Identified an extremely high risk corridor for potential terrorist financing while conducting a research initiative. This discovery led to a change in the processes used to manage and measure risk to Western Union.
