What's unique about working at Whirlpool?I worked in the food preparation group (ovens, ranges and cooktops), and many times food had to be prepared to test the performanceof the cooking product. After the tests, that food was placed in the halls for veryone to eat. We were all fat.

What's the secret to getting hired at Whirlpool?I am still trying. I was hired by Whirlpool India , worked there for close to 4years , won many awards for marketing projects and brand management and had to move out of country for personal reasons. I want to re-join the team in Toronto , Canada. Suggestions?

What's the secret to getting hired at Whirlpool?Determination and strong will. This is what it takes to stand out of the crowd at Whirlpool. Knowledge of the buisness is key, but many people have the same knowledge that you posses, so it takes strong determination and will to make yourself known.

How would you describe what you did at Whirlpool?Most of time was spent researching and designing an internet enabled interface to refrigerator controllers, the rest was spent assisting other engineers with their projects.
