How would you describe what you did at
Wild Wing Cafe?
This was my move into the corporate area of bartending. Here I was exposed to high volume service of both food and liquor. I contributed as a performer on stage (with my band Catching Red) and as a bartender. I learned about the many complexities of the restaurant industry at the corporate level and briefly experimented with management. My sales experience was broadened here as I worked with corporate trainers for several months. I worked here from February 2005 - February 2006....
