I had worked with PaineWebber/UBS Financial Services and because my job got outsourced to Williams Lea, I was able to demonstrate to them that I was able to perform my job responsibilities and duties to their satisfaction. I also advised them that I was always opened to new endeavors.

I was employed as a proofreader for a multinational business process outsourcing company. I proofread and corrected legal documents and annual reports for spelling, grammar, and formatting.

How would you describe what you did at Williams Lea?

The purpose of my role is to provide a point of reference as a "Company Expert" on Enterprise Content Management, Document Scanning Applications/infrastructure and all Document/Records Management related matters, with accountability for high level and detailed design activity for Williams Lea enterprise solutions using components from Microsoft, Kofax (Dicom), Kodak, Documentum (EMC), Nirva Systems (France) and Emtex as well is in-house development components. My role is key in forging strategic partnerships between Williams Lea and vendors, including the negotiation of commercial arrangements that benefit Williams Lea. Other functions include enabling technology in the Williams Lea proposition through mentoring and training the business teams in new and existing information management technology with a focus on document and microfiche scanning/imaging and Enterprise Content Management (including digital asset management).
Further day to day activity includes but is not limited to:
??? Provide expert advice to clients in a pre/post sales function and provide a consultative service during delivery of Williams Lea Document Solutions to the client.
??? Assist in the management of problem/application defect resolution
??? Meeting business and technology best practice and provide strategic technical direction to Williams Lea.
??? Provide the principle source of knowledge and technical expertise in support of business centres and associated objectives.
