* In charge of daily operations at factory/warehouse for Vermont housewares manufacturer including production scheduling & flow, sourcing, human resources and overseeing sewing, shipping and woodworking departments.
* Work directly with 15+ vendors building strong business relationships to ensure timely supply for JIT inventory manufacturing.
* Handle all transportation logistics for inbound and outbound goods including export containers and shipping rate negotiations.
* Manage product lifecycles for new and existing products, concept to market, including design and prototype testing.
* Responsible for all national industry trade shows including the design and shipment of booths, sales presentations to national accounts and the media, both as a team leader and as a solo presenter.
