Experiences at Worldwide Express

1) My co-workers and the company culture- To be in sales, you have to have an outgoing personality and the people within our franchise group absolutely do. Even though we have offices all over the place, I still keep in touch with the people that I've recruited and talk to managers, etc on a weekly basis.

2) Having a sense of pride in helping others find their ideal position- I like knowing that the people I recruit are happy with their career and that they are successful.

I recruit for entry level outside sales representatives for a specific franchise of Worldwide Express. We have 8 offices in total that I recruit for. Our offices are located in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Wichita, Pittsburgh, Akron, Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse. I find and review resumes and then conduct phone interviews as well as set up personal interview times....
