Experiences at Writing a column about mystery shopping

I had been writing articles for one of the local business newspapers. On my way out one day, my editor called to discuss a story. I asked if I could call him back because I needed to leave for a mystery shop. He had never really heard of this. I took a few moments to explain what I did and one of the more memorial (and of course, humorous) incidents of a recent shop. He said, "you have to write this for us. Write a column about mystery shopping for the paper." And that is one of the jobs I have now....
