I manage all projects relating to the support of our customer base company-wide, specifically anything related to orders or billing related issues. I run all projects to analyze, develop and implement new processes. I perform regular inspection of our current operation to identify opportunities for process improvement. I run cross-functional project teams and report results to the executive level. I have experience running major work transitions from one geographic location to another....

XO is where I made my jump from desktop support to server support and it didn't take long. I'm very greatful for the experience I gained while I was at XO and I couldn't be where I am today without the chances that were given to me.

Each person had their own cube in an access card restricted area which made it a bit easier to focus and really knuckle down. I don't always handle distractions well and being able to reduce the amount of noise around me has always helped me to be more productive.

This was the only time where a recruiter contacted me out of the blue and really had a position that I thought was perfect for me. When he called and spoke to me about the position I was excited and my interview went great, I walked out with an offer and I couldn't have been more excited.
