What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Xerox?in 01' i joined a study team that looked at ways to make the sheet metal business more profitable. we presented some very good solutions, but ultimately the business was eliminated. we worked very hard

How would you describe what you did at Xerox?Branch Manager Managed operations, sales, service and support as well as hiring, training, and supervising 10 employees (5 sales and 5 supports) Results: Branch finished 3rd in the Midwest (of 12 branches) and 6th in US (of 50 branches), achieving 135% of sales plan and keeping costs below 80% ...
