Experiences at YES Foundation

- Responsible for development, coordination and implementing all marketing activities of the Foundation, ICT Incubator and the tenants
- Participating in the development of the business plan
- Participate in the business development activities of the Foundation
- Responsible for all administrative activities
- Representing the Foundation on all media and public events
- Participate in the development of the HR plans and procedures
- Participate in creating the organizational chart of the Incubator
- Lead the development of internal standards and procedures in the Incubator
- Participate in preparing reports for the relevant parties (Executive Director, Secretariat for European Affairs, Norwegian Ministry for Foreign Affairs)
- Organizing seminars, workshops (export marketing, writing a BP, entrepreneurship)
- Participating in developing and implementing the project's budget
- Maintaining the web site of the YES project (www.yesincubator.org.mk)
- Proactively identify new project opportunities in companies and Macedonia in general.
- Expanding network of qualified academicians (Professors, Teaching assistants, Post graduate students and last year students) to be engaged in specific company projects
- Developing and maintaining contacts as well as developing collaboration with institutes, organizations, governmental or non governmental, operating in the field of industrial management
