The scale and size of Yahoo is unbelievable. Working on something that big, was an awesome experience. Their cache of very smart people to work with was amazing. Their organization of resources in ops was pretty amazing.

In 2005, I lead a team of designers and engineers in the process of redesigning and relaunching the web's most popular fantasy football application. As a regular fantasy football participant, it was a great experience to be able to build a product that was as important to me personally as it was to the millions of people who also used it....

Pretty fast- 20-25 minutes depending on the subway of course and if it is running behind. Pretty easy commute. One train, no transfers.

Just 1 or 2. I try to grab Starbucks on the way in. I love the Grande Skim Mocha. Very good and it wakes me up.
