How would you describe what you did at Yale-China Association?

Assisted in day-to-day operations of teacher-exchange and fellowship programs: wrote and edited promotional and application materials, assisted with recruitment and selection of fellowship recipients; oversaw visa application and travel and housing arrangements; wrote and edited grant proposals and grant reports. Substantial editorial and production responsibility for The Yale-China Review and The Yale-China Health Journal. Provided in-house IT support, including installation of hardware and software, network configuration, and maintaining and updating the Association's website.
