Experiences at Yayo

Being co-owner of a fashion brand when your other partners are a designer and a fashion model was challenging in and of itself. Basically, I did everything but design and model the clothes. I organized trade shows, managed show room and buyer relations, went on sales trips, selected and sourced fabrics and trimmings, designed and implemented our brand strategy and catalogs, managed the office, finances and contact databases AND made perfect soy lattes for everyone at our morning meetings. I guess I couldn't pick just one challenging aspect- it was all one giant challenge- and one ginormous learning experience....
