Provided support for 8-14 restaurants and managed 200 plus employees with a annual sales plan of 7-10 million. I provided coaching and support to the Restaurant General Managers in the area. I had part in people capability, HR, loss prevention, selection process, and every piece of our daily operations. My team was held accountable to daily/weekly commitments, and was very focused around area/company goals.
