Hired as first HR / Facilities employee to scale company and shape culture. Responsible for all facets of HR and Administration for high growth company that scaled to 250 employees / $85M revenue. Proactively partnered with all executives to create a balanced workplace that is not only one of the best places to work but where compensation and culture strategically support the business goals and department head needs.
* Developed and implemented policy / procedure around staffing and selection, benefits, payroll, stock option grants, training and development (diversity, sensitivity, management, and sales), 360 reviews, compensation philosophy, quarterly review process, re-orgs, and 20% Reduction In Force, etc. * Report directly to the CEO with full P/L responsibility. Managed a team of 11 both locally and internationally. Participated in bi weekly executive meeting to insure that HR / Facilities remained inline with fast growth business objectives. * Responsible for all administrative / facility functions including the building selection and opening of main office (75,000 sq. ft.). Also responsible for regional offices in New York, Tel Aviv, Montreal, and Las Vegas.
