Having excellent attention to detail, being work brittle, and being able to manage time effectively. I would also suggest being a fast, accurate typist would be very important.

Be prepared to learn the operations of the entire system with just basic instruction on operations. Also, be ready to be put into the middle of mid- to upper-management squabbles.

What advice would you give to a new employee at acs?

working for ACS was very enlightening for me. But since ACS is a large out sourcing company advice to new employees would be just this one thing. Be prepared to study hard, work harder, and have fun. Its worth it if you can get in.

Train and develop 40 specialist (per class) to provide customer service for Sprint.
Process payroll, track attendance, approve vacation days and create work schedules
Create games to motivate training class
Develop new training materials to enhance current training curriculum.

Lockheed Martin Corporation (1/2006 - 6/2007)
* Worked closely with more than 50 team members to ensure the timely deliverable of estimate, intent, final calculation and batch term
packages.
* Subject Matter Expert for multiple sub-plans - interacted with client, customer service representatives, managers and team members on daily basis to solve and respond to complex issues relating to internal or external inquiries, questions and escalations. It involved in-depth researches, manual calculations and team collaborations.
* Trained a group of 7 team members on specific plans provision base on self-studied materials and self-developed calculation spreadsheets with multiple transfer combinations.
* Troubleshoot Sybase's generated level 2 calculations - defined issues, experimented with data and implemented changes to remove error warnings or flags. Eliminated the need of manual calculations by 15% to 25%.
