* Assist in leading workshops with corporate clients to define website issues and generate a common understanding of business, brand, and customer goals.
* Create full personas from user data utilizing the Persona Lifecycle method developed by John Pruitt and Tamara Adlin. Justify and prioritize personas based on business goals.
