I answer inbound calls regarding billing issues.

Responsibilities included marketing security services to new and existing customers, upgrading existing systems, and resolving customer problems and complaints. This is a completely self-paced position with a monthly quota of production.

Troubleshoot and repair burglar, fire, cctv,and card access equipment. Trained on Radionics, Northern, EST 3, Bosch, Philips, Fire-Lite, GE products and various other equipment. Work with the customers IT department to maintain equipment working on their LAN and WAN. NICET II certified

Arranged all installations for Residential and Small Business.
Entered all monitoring information for each new customer. Arranged appointments with
customers. Set up installations for technicians on a daily basis. Registered all alarms
in accordance with City Ordinances. Organized and filed all installation paperwork. Solved problems installers and customers may have encountered during the day. Arranged billing for customers and made sure sales personnel received their correct commission. Followed installation statistics to make sure we met our monthly goals. Conducted meetings with installers and sales personnel when changes needed to be made....

Cust Svc, dealing with problematic customers and tech assistance in an easy to understand way over phone.

I develop and implement Recruiting strategies for our Sales and Service offices across the US and Canada and assist these field offices in staffing efforts as needed. I am also responsible for managing our applicant flow and for recruting in Human Resources, Legal, and Marketing based in our Corporate Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL....
