I believe that the secret to being hired is the same for every company. A good attitude is important. You always have to put the customer first. When going for a job at AutoZone it helps to know atleast a little bit about automobiles.

Serving the customer no matter what hoops we had to jump through. If we did not stock the part our accounts needed, we made the calls to outsource the parts, using sources up to 100 miles away. I took it personnaly to serve the accounts that we bulit up.

Dealt with the commercial accounts, selling and delivering parts to our accounts.
