How would you describe what you did at bearingpoint?

I handled everything that related to administrative duties. Made contact with the clients and their admins. to enable meetings and calls to take place. All the while removing duties from my MD's so they could focus on their revenue generating duties.

* Responsible for financial analysis and program controls within BearingPoint's corporate headquarters and guiding consulting team directors through BearingPoint's internal project finance process.
* Perform budget variance and special assignments including ad hoc reporting, forecasting, and
profitability analyses.
* Perform financial reconciliation and reporting, analysis of labor and expenses, and revenue recognition including estimates to complete and estimates at completion in compliance with internal procedures, SOX 404, and GAAP.
* Serve as a Super User for BearingPoint's proprietary financial software during its company-wide roll out.
* Assist in selection of new Program Control Organization employees by interviewing prospective candidates.

BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting Inc) is one of the world's largest business consulting, systems integration and managed services firms. Hired as an expert on recruiting tactics and processes for the start-up and development of BearingPoint in The Netherlands. Also member of the Global Executive Recruitment team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Recruiting of IT and Business Consultants up to Managing Director level. Company grew from 2 to 35 staff
