The secret to getting hired at bebe is definitely being yourself and demonstrating great selling techniques as well as excellent customer service.

I was a cashier and sales rep. Definetly trained to give world customer service, and build rapport with clients to increase sales.

Besides working the cash register, I was responsible for selling at least $1200 worth of merchandise.

At the time I worked as a seasonal employee and was later hired as a part-time sales associate. The key to being hired was basically relating to the customer's needs first and foremost. I set aside goals for myself to help as many customers as possible and in the correct and honest way. I always try to put myself in a customer's shoes while making a sale. I find it highly important that the customer is comfortable not only with the appeal of the clothing but what the personality the clothing brings out of the person making the purchase....

I am in constant contact with customers from assisting them with clothing selections to ringing them up at the register. All of which I greatly enjoy. I am the lead in sales amongst the employees and take great appreciation in the job I do for customers.
