Experiences at cablevision

The Cablevision call center in Shelton, CT is arranged into teams of 10 to 30 people. The teams change frequently, but the supervisors try to keep people who work well together in the same team. The team with which I trained worked collectively so well that we remained together for a year. I made many great friends in that team, and the work dynamic was outstanding. Our team was one of the top two teams in the call center in terms of quality scores, call times, and skill test scores. The team was very close and we all complimented each others' skill sets perfectly....
