I read solicitations for direct mail to ensure that proper spelling and grammar were used as well as to see to it that the correct information was populated for the correct groups of people.

Ensured 24/7/365 operation of the Online Account Services IT infrastructure supporting 14 million Capital One credit card customers. Other responsibilities included capacity planning, incident resolution management, conducting SOX 404 and internal audits.
