What's the best team you worked with at caterpillar?The best team would be a smaller team thyt awould be on a more personal basis. In my case this would be the Light Fabrications team. The sharing was on a one on one basis daily.

How did you find your job at caterpillar?The job is challenging as well as rewarding. When you can see your efforts being bolted to a machine and being used at a customers sight it makes one feel pride.

What did you learn along the way at caterpillar?How to interact with customers as well as manufacturing. Customers being the machine owners which are always looking for a more cost effective way to mine their products

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at caterpillar?intigrating non-metalic materials in the machines with the aggreance of upper management. The world of mining machines is heavy metal. Any change that would reduce the machine weight and increase the payload is good. Getting the customers to see this is the challenge
