What advice would you give to a new employee at cato?I would ensure that they knew to dress up and put a big meaningful smile on their face. Always be open and do what expected.

What's the secret to getting hired at cato?There was no secret. I seen a sign on the door, got an application filled it out at the store and spoke with the manager. I was hired in hopes that I would get to stay if another girl moved, but she decided not to move. So I only was there until another girl came back from maternity leave. ...
