I am responsible for the coordination of Real Estate bid support for CBRE's clients throughout the EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa) area. The responsibility and tasks include coordination of the EMEA Real Estate team in supporting our regional clients with their sales initiates focussing on the Real Estate requirements, strategies and cost modelling for personnel to be transitioned to our clients. Once a deal is won I support and advise the various project teams implementing the proposed Real Estate solution.
The largest project supported by me to date included the Real Estate Strategy and cost modelling amounting to over 50 million US dollars per annum in operational costs and over 50 million US dollars in building and fit-out investments for transitions of over 4000 employees/desks and raised floor areas across over 20 buildings in one single project....
