How would you describe what you did at cca?Called consumers in default collections and mediated, if you will, arrangements for them to pay their outstanding debt to (whatever) creditor. Developed positive relationships with consumers that enhanced this delicate area and therefore was very successfull in gaining revenue for CCA

What's the secret to getting hired at cca?In my experience, being direct and honest, assertive and not agressive and displaying a willingness and the motivation to work hard and go the extra mile.

How would you describe what you did at cca?i was a team leader if any of my prep-cook workers made a mustake i'd go back over it with them,and show them patience.
