How would you describe what you did at christopher & banks?

Responsible for all recruiting and staffing initiatives at Corporate headquarters. Key areas include Employment Branding, Sourcing, Selection Tools and Assessments, Internal Application, Internship and Associate Referral Programs.

I am the sole recruiter on staff for corporate.
