Responsible for serving Citibank customer who call the service center.
Identify the clients' and non-clients needs and provides appropriate solutions or advice.
Proactively offer clients banking products to callers' that will provide them best banking solutions
Subject Matter Expert or SME support for new Citiphone reps and they do there on the jobs training.
Help the new reps with answers for questions on account and how to find the information with our Source database....

Proactively expand customer relationships by maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring customer retention. Probe within customer base for needs and opportunities to cross-sell to other business segments.
Execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies that are aligned with the Call Centers business plan to achieve desired revenue and service hurdles.
Achieve personal production goals by expanding existing relationships and acquiring new business, utilizing effective calling techniques and leveraging bank products and services.
Drive efforts in the Call Center to identify and implement service behaviors that improve the overall customer experience.
Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
Resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively.
Support sales/service activities within the Call Center by participating in seminars, micro-marketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc...

Manages a staff of 14 securities specialist responsible for the operational workflow and controls for various securities lending disciplines. We act as an agent for Citibank N.A. institutional clients which lend securities held in custody under terms specified in the Securities Lending Letter of Authorization. Lendable securities generally consist of equities, government, and corporate debt, and lends securities to selected borrowers that have been approved by the lender organization....

Assisted in developing customer profile segmentation and market-share analysis by conducting new product surveys and creating client databases. Established and maintained customer contacts, giving presentations on financial services in customer education seminars for new and existing clients.
